After seeing in my graph just how slowly I run, I got curious about how that pace compared to my walking pace. So I went for a walk.
I mapped out a 5K through my neighborhood, waited for the temp to drop out of the 90’s, and strapped on the Garmin.
The result? I walked 3.1 miles in 45:42, for an average pace of 14:47. Average of my three weeks of C25K? 14:48.
It’s official — I walk faster than I run.

The situation is just the same for me. I drag myself around those 30 min soooo slow.
I'm still on week 1 and beeing nice to myself.
I really hope to see SOME improvement over the weeks. :)
